Management

Mohammed is a Senior Lecturer in Virology & Immunology at The University of Adelaide. He is a co-founder and the Chief Scientific Officer of Gamma Vaccines Pty Ltd. Mohammed is the Head of Vaccine Research Group at the School of Biological Sciences/ The University of Adelaide, and he is a leading expert in the use of gamma-irradiation to inactivate viral and bacterial pathogens for vaccine purposes. He was a Chief Investigator on the ARC Linkage grant that led to the development of the Gamma-PN vaccine program and the NHMRC Development Grant that supported its final preclinical development.
