Dr Allan Saul

Advisory Board

Dr Saul has more than 40 years’ experience working in vaccine development. This includes vaccines to prevent diseases caused by Plasmodium falciparum and P. vivax, Salmonella, Shigella and Group A Streptococcus. He has held positions at the Queensland Institute for Medical Research, the NIH Malaria Vaccine Development Branch and more recently was the Institute Director of the GSK Vaccines Institute for Global Health in Siena, Italy. With this background, Allan brings a unique perspective to vaccine development spanning academia, government, and big pharma.
