Brooke Dilmetz, PhD

Brooke completed her PhD in 2024 at the University of South Australia, where she used mass spectrometry to investigate yeast physiology in commercial brewing. She brings experience in analytical method development across a diverse range of applications in the medical, food, and environmental sectors. With a strong interest in translational products, Brooke leads technical operations in manufacturing, supporting process development, scale-up, and analytical strategy.
