Brooke Dilmetz

Research and Development

Brooke completed her PhD at the University of South Australia in 2024. Her PhD was an industry-based project and involved using mass spectrometry to improve our understanding of yeast physiology in commercial brewing practices. Brooke has prior experience in the development of analytical methods in medical, food, and environmental applications, with a primary interest in translational research.
