Antiksha has over two decades of experience as a Pharmaceutical Quality Management professional. She has worked in various Quality Assurance roles across the globe, successfully implementing and improving Quality Management Systems. She started her career as a microbiologist and then moved into sterile injectables and biologics manufacturing. She has led FDA, TGA and MHRA audits. She also holds a Diploma in Counselling and volunteers as a mentor for STEM students and post-docs.
