On 12 June 2025, GPN AUS and GPN USA signed a Deed of Variation to the Scheme Implementation Deed to amend the Record Date from 24 June 2025 to 18 July 2025 and amend the Implementation Date from 1 July 2025 to 25 July 2025.
As a result, the ‘important dates and expected timetable for the scheme’ set out on page 7 of the Scheme Booklet, is amended as follows:
